Nevertheless the prosecutor's office brought criminal case according to Part 3 of Article 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (use of obviously false document). The sanction provides a penalty and corrective works. Besides, the chief of the Far East directorate of infrastructure of JSC "Russian Railways" gained an impression about violation elimination then he informed prosecutor's office that measures will be taken.
